I bring decades of experience as a pastor, teacher, and counselor/coach to my work with LSL’s Dream Conversation process.

I was introduced to the Infinite Banking Concept by my good friend, Chris Bay. At first, I was pretty skeptical and avoided taking any action. However, after living through several volatile market swings, I concluded “there must be a better way.” I started my first policy in 2014 and have been working the process ever since.

I am most appreciative of the options IBC has afforded us over the years. Financing life with the IBC approach has empowered us to fulfill dreams and experience financial freedom.

Outside of my work with LSL, I am a Certified Enneagram Teacher. I am the founding president of Transmuto, where I equip individuals, couples, and organizational leaders to leverage the Enneagram as a powerful tool for deepening self-awareness, strengthening relationships, fostering personal and professional development, and enhancing workplace effectiveness.

My wife, Kareen, and I have been married for over 46 years. We have five children and five grandchildren and make our home in Lawrence, Kansas.
